Do you do any custom work?
Yes. Currently, we do 1 of 1 art pieces. Please visit the Collect tab for more information.
How do I begin with the commission process?
Order your size and we will get with you shortly.
What materials and mediums are used?
Medium varies with the collector. We only use the finest, most unique materials. This can be crystals, volcanic ash, fine oils, and other materials the closely relate to the collector.
Will I see the painting before completion?
Yes. We continually update our collectors during the creation process.
How long does it take to get my artwork?
Any size will be shipped within 7 days!
Shipping varies based location around the world.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We'd love to help if we can! If your order is unfulfilled we would gladly love to assist, just send us an email.
*Please note that although we try our best to check emails consistently, the turn around time is up to 48h. We are terribly sorry in advanced if we could not adjust your order in time. In these cases we will try our best to help on a case by case basis. That being said, we flag and hold all orders even if we don't get a chance to reply to your email so there is a higher chance that we'll be able to assist.
