How does payment work?
You have the choice to pay-in-full or take advantage of a payment plan. For only the ”pay in full” option, there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee with your art piece. When you make payments, the art-making-process won’t begin until a 50 percent (deposit) of the payment is made. For both payment options, the deposit is always nonrefundable, and goes towards your full payment.
Payments must be made through wire transfer or check.
What if I don’t know what art piece I want?
This is the beautiful part of the process. When collecting with Artisma Studios, we want our collectors to have a completely hands-free process.
Our collectors have a 1 on 1, consultation with Michael Artis, and he will create a masterpiece based on who you are, how you perceive life, what you love, relationships, your inspirations, etc!
What happens during the consultation?
We strive to make artwork that is extremely personal to our collectors. We will meet and have a podcast style, recorded consultation. The artist, Michael Artis will then ask you questions for 30-45 minutes to dive deeper into who you are as an individual. After this, the creation process is completely in our hands.
Will I see the painting before completion?
Yes. We continually update our collectors during the creation process.
First, Michael will create 3 rough sketches for the collector to choose from.
Once the option is selected, you will be updated on progress with photos.
What materials and mediums are used?
Medium varies with the collector. We only use the finest, most unique materials. This can be crystals, volcanic ash, fine oils, and other materials the closely relate to the collector.
How long does it take to get my artwork?
The creation process will never take more than 60 days, but shipping varies based location around the world.
What is special about Artisma Studio?
We strive to create the most individual collector’s experience possible, while maintaining a streamline known as the Artisma Collectors Club. Each consultation is posted on YouTube/social media, so all collectors know of one another, can network, and grow together.
We strive to make this process as simple and hands off for the collector.
Lastly, your artwork will be a 1 of 1 piece for generations to admire. This will spark conversations, bring back memories, and create history for generations to come.
